Comments and Other Information
Any combination equivalent to: two years of college-level course work in computer science or related field.
Two years of experience in a technical support working environment or technical call center with desktop operation systems, network concepts and remote access.
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) and A+ or equivalent or ability to obtain within one year.
Valid California Driver's License.
Special Requirement: This position may work additional assignments including evenings and weekends to accommodate testing, support, maintenance and potential call back duty responsibilities.
Comments and Other Information
Any combination equivalent to: two years of college-level course work in computer science or related field.
Two years of experience in a technical support working environment or technical call center with desktop operation systems, network concepts and remote access.
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) and A+ or equivalent or ability to obtain within one year.
Valid California Driver's License.
Special Requirement: This position may work additional assignments including evenings and weekends to accommodate testing, support, maintenance and potential call back duty responsibilities.
