Requirements / Qualifications
Must hold a valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Prior teaching experience with K-8 highly desirable. Experience with Springs Charter Schools preferred.
A teacher proficiency test will be administered to qualified applicants. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (ie. Letter of Recommendation) AND complete the Target Success Teacher Sketch at the end of the application at the same time of applying - or you will not be considered for this position. Allow 45 minutes to complete the Teacher Sketch.

The Venture Online Teacher of Record (TOR) is responsible for supervising students in grades K-8 including grading, collaborating with parents on goal setting, curriculum and lesson planning, reviewing student learning, reporting attendance, creating the portfolio, providing assessment, monitoring student budgets and placing appropriate POs, creating report cards, assigning high school grades and units, and creating high school course descriptions. TOR’s may be assigned additional related duties as required by SCS.
