Job Summary:

The position assists the president of Cardinal Newman High School with the management of financial planning and oversight of fiscal policies and programs that impact the stewardship responsibilities of the school’s administration and board of directors. The position is responsible for the management of all financial, capital and informational functions that further support the efforts of the faculty, staff and board of directors engaged in carrying out the mission and purposes of the school.

          1) Minimum Education Level • BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. 2) Work Experience Required • 10+ years of progressive Accounting and Financial experience. • School management experience preferred • 3+ years of supervisory management experience. 3) Certifications/Licensures • Must be able to pass a state background check. • DOJ Fingerprinting • Must possess and maintain a California state divers license (Class 5) (license must be in good standing). 4) Job Skills Required • Must have thorough and broad knowledge accounting theory and principles • Proficient computer skills, including effective work experience with MS Office products, Blackbaud software See attached
