DSUSD is offering a one-time $10,000 employment incentive to candidates with Special Education Certifications. Additionally, service in a Special Education assignment during the 17-18 school year by a unit member with a Special Education credential will receive a 3% stipend (computed on Column D, Step 6 of the Teachers' Salary Schedule).
