Requirements for Applying

The position requires equivalent to graduation from high school. Minimum of one year of experience in a library or instructional setting is desired.

To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Upon hiring, TB and Fingerprint Clearance (at applicant’s expense) will be required prior to employment.

  • Typing Certificate ( A typing certificate, issued within the last two years, for 40 wpm MUST accompany the application and include the name, address, and phone number of the issuing agency along with the net wpm and length of test (3-minute minimum). Typing certificates from web-based programs are not accepted.)
