School Based Mental Health Provider at Five Keys Schools and Programs - San Francisco
Requirements / Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY The School Based Mental Health Provider is responsible for providing direct services and support to special education students ranging from the ages of 14-22 that qualify for related services under the IDEA. This person will be responsible providing individual, group and counseling and guidance services to special education students. He or she will also be an active participant of the student's IEP implementation and documentation.

This position typically requires:
- A master's degree and possession of an MFT, LCSW or a CA PPS Credential.
- A commitment to working with underserved, urban youth.
- An unwavering commitment to and belief in the mission of Five Keys Schools.
- The ability to focus and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and the willingness and desire to support others in doing their best work; and
