Under the direction of the A-OK Site Coordinator, the A-OK Program Leader supervises a group of 15-20 students, assisting with the homework help component and providing enrichment activities. As an A-OK team member, the Program Leader plans and delivers A-OK curricula, considers age level developmental needs and interests, is a positive role model for students, supports student to experience a variety of learning opportunities, and creates a positive enviroment for learning and enrichment with a goal of 100% participation.
