Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in education or related field and 5 years equivalent work experience for a UB/TRIO/Educational Equity Program of similar size and scope that includes a summer residential program.
- Masters degree desirable.
- Counseling and supervisory experience.
- Residential experience.
- Excellent verbal, written & computing skills.
- Expertise in budget management, personnel training and development.
- Successful grant writing and development.
- Ability to work with college and community personnel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with LIFG students or from a background similar to that of participants.
- Familiarity with target area and community resources.
- Experience with database operations and in filing Federal reports such as APR.
