Now Hiring Bilingual/Spanish Substitute Teachers!

Kelly Educational Staffing has many needs across the New Castle County region- including available work in the following school districts: Brandywine, Colonial, Christina, and Red Clay School Districts! We provide excellent substitute teachers for bilingual programs within the districts such as Lewis Dual Language, Claymont Elementary, Pulaski Elementary, & Kathleen Wilbur and also with Las Americas Aspira Academy Charter School.
Substitute Teachers provide instruction, encourage student progress, and manage the learning environment in the absence of the full time classroom teacher. Positions for Paraprofessionals (Teacher Assistants) are also available!
All positions require high ethical standards, professionalism and effective interpersonal skills interacting with students, teachers, administrators, and parents in addition to:
1. At least 60 college credits
2. Six months to a year's worth of experience working with school aged children
3. Flexibility to teach in two out of the four districts
4. Work at least 3 days a week
Pay Rate: Ranges between $66.00 and $104.00 per day based on the candidate-s highest level of education.
