Minimum Qualifications:
Valid California Teaching Credential
NCLB Compliance and EL Authorization
Five (5) years successful teaching experience.
Must be willing to participate in training.

Desired Qualification:
BCLAD (Spanish Language)
Prior experience in training and working with adult learners.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily in class teaching support such as demonstration lessons, co-plan/co-teach and teaching feedback in English Language Arts/Social Science or in Math/Science.
Assist teachers in using DII lesson design to deliver State Content Standards using district adopted materials and pacing guides.
Support the development and implementation of timelines and assessments.
Assist with data analysis to provide teachers the opportunity to make instructional adjustments.
Facilitate articulation between elementary and secondary schools.
Meet with teachers during collaboration time to facilitate dudties and responsibilities.
