          St. Francis High School is accepting resumes for a Varsity Golf Assistant Coach contractor position. The Assistant Coach of an athletic program at St. Francis Catholic High School supports the Head Coach in all matters pertaining to the organization and administration of the team under his/her direction. Coaches at St. Francis are expected to work within the scope of their positions and in support of the Mission and Philosophy of the Diocese of Sacramento, St. Francis Catholic High School, and the Athletic Department. The principles outlined in “Pursuing Victory with Honor”, The CIF Sac-Joaquin Code of Conduct, and the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Sportsmanship Resolution shall be upheld at all times while abiding by all rules and regulations of the Diocese of Sacramento, St. Francis Catholic High School, CIF Sac-Joaquin Section, and the Delta League. Any coach at St. Francis Catholic High School is expected to behave in a professional manner while on campus, at athletic events, and whenever representing St. Francis, and is to be an exemplary role model for the athletes, school and community. All who are interested should submit the following: • A resume • Three references • Answers to the following three questions: • Please describe your coaching philosophy, and how it would complement and promote the mission of St. Francis Catholic High School. • How do you interpret the CIF Motto of “Pursuing Victory with Honor” and in what specific ways do you incorporate this principle into your coaching? • What is your understanding of the development of a student-athlete as she progresses through the program from freshman to senior year and how will you work with other coaches within the program to guide that process?
