The Lemon Grove School District, established in 1893, is a suburban district with approx. 4,000 students in grades TK-8; one of 8 districts that feed into the Grossmont High School Union District. We serve a community of 35,000 residents, including those residing in portions of La Mesa and San Diego. Our elementary and middle schools utilize the latest technology with Promethean boards and are approaching a one-to-one computer environment. While our schools utilize common curriculum, we also implement Restorative Practices and each school has chosen to implement a unique focus from STEM, STEAM, Visual and Performing Arts, Leadership, Google Ed, Dual Immersion, and International Baccalaureate.
