The El Segundo Unified School district is seeking a dynamic principal to lead our award winning high school programs and staff. ESUSD has a small town feel that values progressive education. The right candidate for this position will have a proven track record of fostering positive staff climate while promoting innovations in academics. Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience in developing a master schedule and working in an inclusive environment for students with special needs. Our teachers and staff embody a culture of continuous improvement, which is reflected in our initiatives, such as developed pathways in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Business, and Visual and Performing Arts.
