Reason for leaving and salary must be included. *Letter of Introduction (Must be in reference to position applying for.) *Current Resume *Three (3) professional letters of recommendation from past or current Supervisors (Must be dated within the past year and on letterhead.) *** Please note recommend letters from co-workers, family, friends or community leaders will not meet the requirements for professional recommendation letters*** *Copy of high school diploma (or transcripts if available) QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) or more years experience in customer service. Proficient use of computer software, Microsoft Applications. Ability to attend vendor training sessions and complete all training requirements is mandatory. DESIRABLE: Prior proctor/test administration experience. Experience working in an ROP JPA, school district or county office. Coursework or training in customer service. Valid California Driver’s License required. TESTING: Your application will be screened for minimum qualifications.
