Hemet Unified School District is one of the largest geographic areas of any district in California. NEW SKILLS ASSESSMENTS AND PROCEDURES: Hemet Unified School District has updated its Classified Skills Assessment library and revised all corresponding procedures. Effective July 1, 2016, all required Skills Assessments for classified positions have been updated. Moving forward, all applicants interested in a classified position requiring a Skills Assessment must take and pass the new Skills Assessment. All Skills Assessment scores acquired before July 1, 2016 are no longer valid. Validity of Skills Assessment Scores: Previously, the scores of those who passed Skills Assessments were kept on file and remained for two (2) years. From this point on however, Skills Assessment scores will continue to be kept on file but will now be valid for four (4) years.
