Full-Time (M - F 8 - 3)Assistant Teaching positions in middle school classrooms of up to 12 students with social/emotion/learning and behavioral issues. Most of our assistants are currently working toward obtaining credentials or graduate degrees in a related field.

Classroom experience working with children is DESIRED
Knowledge of, and experience with special education, behavior management techniques, and working with children with Autism Spectrum disorders is DESIRED
30-day emergency substitute permit is DESIRED (additional stipend up to $1100 annually paid to substitute teaching permit holders)
HOURS, PAY, & BENEFITS:
The position is from an immediate start date to 7/31 annually. Hours are approx. 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. M-F.
Compensation is $18.66 to 22.39 per hour
10 paid personal days
