We are an agency that envisions strong, healthy communities that are inclusive of all. Currently E Center administers federally funded programs to include Woman's Infant and Children (WIC); Head start, Early Head Start, Migrant and Seasonal Head Start, Migrant Early Head Start Programs in Northern California supporting healthy children and families. Our Corporate Office is based out of Yuba City, California where we work closely with our community to administer programs that are inclusive of agency values. The Human Resource Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource functions. Ensures all facets of personnel activities; formulates and administers official Human Resources policies and procedures for the organization; recommends changes to existing Human Resources rules and regulations identifies operational needs and viable solutions; provides department heads with expert guidance and technical assistance on applications of employment and labor laws. Ensures and trains management on best practices regarding labor relations. Unique opportunity to develop your team. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or related field and four years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Human Resources field; four years of progressive supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience: Masters’ Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or related field; HR Professional Certification.
