Cover Letter Resume ACCEL Executive Director Key Qualities: > The ED must be mobile and visible in eight member institutions and other settings in the San Mateo County area, working approximately 60% out of the central office. > Evidence of strong leadership abilities. > Experience in convening and effectively engaging key stakeholders. > Measurable success managing large, complex projects and programs. > Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills. > Ability to lead without direct authority over individuals and has had success in this area in a prior position. > Experience in a position that demonstrates the ability to successfully work with individuals at all levels of an organization.
