Montessori Autism Programs & Services, Inc. (MAPS) is currently looking for BT’s who love their work and are available in the morning, afternoon and evening hours to assist children ages 2-11, with developmental delays, in our social and behavioral skills therapy programs. Our mission is to build a community that offers children a guided path to develop social skills and friendships, improve quality of life and support families so they may better contribute and participate in to the world. MAPS offers an after-school, inclusion play program designed to include children, ages 2-11, of diverse cultures and abilities. In addition to this, MAPS provides ABA services to children and their families, conducted in a variety of settings (e.g. the children’s home, local community and on MAPS campus).

Our model is based upon Integrated Play Group (IPG) therapy, the Montessori philosophy and methods, such as, Positive Behavior Support, Applied Behavior Analysis, Positive Discipline and Social and Emotional Education. These methods and philosophies create an environment where children learn appropriate social skills in ways that are carefully designed to be enjoyable for the child.
