Fluency in Spanish 2. Must be an excellent language model in both Spanish and English 3. Possess a valid California multiple subject or standard elementary teaching credential 4. Must hold authorization to serve English Learners. Must be NCLB compliant English Language Learner certified with a BCLAD - Spanish certificate or equivalent required at the time of hire.
