- Determines student needs through the use of appropriate diagnostic techniques and tools
- Designs & implements appropriate instructional interventions to meet all student needs
- Has timely & professional communication with parents
- Possesses proficiency in subject matter & knowledge of curricular guidelines
- Keeps current with research, new ideas, and practices
- Provides feedback and encouragement to all students

- Maintains a clean, safe, functional & attractive room

• A completed Application Form (Note: Do not complete any sections of the application with "See Attached Resume") • A cover letter (addressed to Ms. Cynthia Bricston, Principal), not to exceed two double-spaced pages describing your experience with students, the most significant event in your teaching career, and your long-term goals • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (one from an immediate supervisor) dated within the last 12 months. • Copies of Valid California or out-of-state teaching credential/certificate • Copies of Degree(s) & CBEST • Copies of College/University Transcripts (originals required only if hired) • NCLB Compliant
