•Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university required. •Work experience resulting in an equivalent knowledge base may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. •Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in client support/training function, student information systems operations or data policy analysis. The following additional documents must be uploaded via EDJOIN by the filing deadline in order to be considered in the hiring process (pertains to current employees also): •Proof of education (i.e. college transcripts, copy of college diploma) A scanner to upload required documents is available in the Human Resources office located at 1300 17th St., Bakersfield, CA 93301. •The documents will be scanned and emailed to the candidate. Candidates achieving a rating of 70% or better will qualify to continue in the eligibility screening process. Interviews will be held at the California School Information Services Office, 500 Capital Mall, Suite #200 Sacramento, CA 95814 CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Some positions may require proof of privately owned automobile insurance and the possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle operator’s license. Fingerprint clearance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met. Must present verification of completion of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter training or obtain verification within six (6) weeks of hire and annually thereafter, as required by the California Child Abuse Neglect Reporting Act.
