THE RECRUITMENT FAIR
Fully credentialed candidates invited. You must have one of the following to attend:
A Clear or Professional Clear/Preliminary teaching credential/-Proof of eligibility via appeasement letter that you will be fully credentialed by Fall 2017/Full credential from outside of CA.
Pre-registered candidates will have early admittance into the fair. Submit an online application before Wed., February 22 at 5 p.m. along with a copy of your teaching credential. Access a copy of your credential on the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) website at www.ctc.ca.gov.
*If you are a candidate with a CA. preliminary or clear teaching credential, you must include a copy of credential and CBEST score report with application to determine eligibility.
*If you are a candidate and have a teaching credential from another state, you must include a copy of your credential(s) and copies of unofficial transcripts with your application to determine eligibility.
*If you are a candidate from a foreign country, you will need to include copies of your evaluated transcripts with your application to determine eligibility. A link is included in this posting with a list of approved foreign transcript evaluation agencies.
*If you are a candidate with at least one year experience in a teaching intern program, you will need to include a copy of your internship credential to determine eligibility.
*If you are not yet credentialed and have not completed the University program, you will need to forward an appeasement letter from the University to determine eligibility.
LETTERS OF APPEASEMENT must come from your University and state the following: your full name, anticipated program completion date prior to Fall 2017, expected credential level, type of credential and subject authorization.
