Requirements / Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Human Resources Manager, responsible for providing support to Agency management through administration, coordination, guidance, training, and maintenance of employee benefit information, enrollment, database management, billing, employee leaves, restrictions, and accommodations through established guidelines and sound administrative practices.

• Level II Associate's degree with 1 year experience in HR • Level III Bachelor’s degree with 2 years' experience (Level III) degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Public Administration, or related field. SPHR/PHR or other HR Certification preferred. • Bilingual, bi-literate (English/Spanish) preferred. • State regulations require a physical examination, current tuberculosis test clearance, and verified fingerprint and criminal records clearance prior to beginning work. • Possession of a valid driver license; current personal vehicle insurance or safe driving record sufficient to ensure insurability through Agency policy.
