Education, Experience, and Training Guidelines: Any combination of education, training, and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way of obtaining the knowledge and abilities would be: • Three years of responsible teaching or educational experience involving at-risk students. • Equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, including training in behavioral management, education administration, or a related field. Licenses, Certificates, and Special Requirements: • Must possess and maintain a valid California teaching or services credential and a valid California Administrative Services Credential.
