POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job of Coordinator, Educational Technology Services is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the design, development, and implementation of support programs to ensure that digital learning and teaching resources are effectively integrated into classroom instruction around the Common Core State Standards. This is designated as a Certificated Management position and is part of the Management Leadership Team. Please see the job description for a list of job functions and minimum qualifications. The following documents are required upon hire: Valid California Driver's License, Fingerprint Clearance, TB Clearance, Bachelor's Degree. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience, and two (2) years of site or district leadership experience, which would demonstrate exposure to, and utilization of required skills, knowledge and abilities in performing job related duties. High school teaching experience is desirable. Site or district level administrative experience is desirable. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in education technology, liberal arts, curriculum and instruction, or a closely related field from an accredited college/university. A Master of Arts or Sciences degree is desirable. CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES: •Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential and Administrative Credential appropriate for K-12 public school administration is required. An Administrative Certificate of Eligibility will be considered. Copies of credentials as required for position must be provided with the application •Leading Edge Certification for Online and Blended Teaching (or related certification or experience) is desirable •Google Certified Teacher (desired)
