JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Education: • Graduation from High School or equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade. • Supplemental course work or training in the maintenance and repair of computer systems, software or peripherals. Experience: • Two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in performing technical IT hardware, software, and network support. • Completion of specialized computer support courses. • Customer service training and/or experience is desirable. Licenses, Certifications, and Testing: • Pre-employment physical and drug test. • A current and valid Tuberculosis (TB) clearance. • Fingerprint clearance for school personnel. • Pass District test with a score of 70% or better. • Pass District test typing forty (40) words per minute.
