The Fullerton School District is seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with great communication, technology, and team building skills, who is passionate and committed to the achievement and success of all students and staff. Under the direction of the Superintendent, this Cabinet-level position provides general supervision of Personnel Services Division which includes Certificated Personnel, Classified Personnel and Child Welfare and Attendance departments. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to, certificated and classified collective bargaining, contract management, recruitment, Title VI, Title IX and 504 programs and others as appropriate, and employee discipline. See job description for detailed responsibilities. The start time is flexible/negotiable. A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience is desired, preferably in Personnel.
