Supplemental questionnaire is required to be attached to your application by closing date. Testing will be held at Murrieta Valley USD, Room A, 41870 McAlby Court, Murrieta, CA 92562. Testing Dates/times: Friday at 2:30 p.m. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to testing time.
