Our school seeks a dedicated and dynamic Elementary Teacher to join our team to teach 6th grade. 6th Grade Teacher Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction across core elementary subjects, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes student growth and achievement. This position requires expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement effective instructional strategies aligned with state standards, utilizing Reading Wonders for English Language Arts and MyMath Mathematics to support student learning.
Assess and evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and prepare progress reports as required.
Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas for growth, fostering strong communication between school and home.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administration to develop and refine instructional practices that enhance student achievement.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.
Participate in co-curricular and school-wide activities as assigned, contributing to the overall development of students beyond the classroom.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
