Under the direction of the school Principal, assists in the administration of the school; assists in the planning, development, and implementation of site operational goals and objectives; assists in providing an efficient program which provides for optimum development of the individual student.

The ideal candidate possesses a valid CA Administrative Services Credential, English learners authorization, a Masters degree, five years successful K-8 teaching experience, and 3 years successful administrative or instructional support experience.  The ideal candidate should have demonstrated organizational and planning skills, the ability to work with a wide range of adults and students, and a commitment to community involvement and shared decision making through Professional Learning Communities.  Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish is preferred.
