HIRING TUTORS FOR FALL 2016

Vallejo City USD is contracting exclusively with A Tree of Knowledge Educational Services to offer an after-school Math/ELA intervention program to eligible students 

            *   Group tutoring format (1:5)
            *   One hour long sessions (Monday through Friday) immediately after school
            *   Held at school sites in conjunction with after-school programs

This intervention program is fully subsidized by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)

Vallejo City USD Teachers and Para-Professionals are the most vested in the educational success of the children.  We are thus seeking individuals from this community to commit to tutor the students in the program starting on or about September 1, 2016.

COMMITMENT BONUS OFFERED:
If an applicant commits now, and actually starts tutoring at the commencement of the program, A Tree of Knowledge pledges to donate school supplies to the classroom of the applicant.   Up to $ 2,500.00 is pledged to be divided amongst classrooms.
