We will hire a Primary Education teacher who possesses the following credentials, qualities and attributes: • Multiple Subject Credential and CLAD, BCLAD or equivalent English Learners Authorization • In Depth Knowledge of all Subject Area Standards • Trained in the Nurtured Heart Approach, or Conscience Discipline or Positive Discipline Management Approach with excellent classroom management skills • Positive, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Creative, Dynamic, Organized and Engaging as demonstrated via sample lesson in interview process • Collaborative, Works Well with Others and a Team Player • Inspiring to all students to develop strong academic and personal life skills • Previous experience in Kindergarten placement, knowledge of early literacy education.
