Under the supervision of the Site Principal and classroom teacher, the Instructional Assistant assists the teacher in a variety of activities to implement the instructional progrm, including working directly with students in small groups or on a one-toone basis.

INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT /JEFFERSON 08:45 -11:45 AM / 3 HOURS/10 MONTHS Acceptance of this position must not put employee in overtime i.e., more than five (5) hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must have completed two (2) years of higher education study or possess an Associate's degree or higher. 2. One year of child/youth related experience or equivalent. 3. Possession of a valid CPR & First Aid certificate and possession of a valid California driver’s license. 4. Basic needs and requirements of students; safety procedures and requirements.
