Intern Eligibility letter from University or Status letter from University verifying current enrollment and completion date. Copy of Valid California Credential showing dates and authorizations. Letter of Introduction Three current letters of reference Subject matter competency or University waiver letter (CSET) Proof of English Learner Authorization

- Credential Copy (Intern Eligibility Letter from University or Status letter from University verifying current enrollment and target completion date. Or a copy of your Valid California Credential with dates and authorizations.)
- English Learner Authorization (Proof of English Learner Authorization)
- Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation within the last 2 years with a date and signature, No Electronic Signatures)
- NCLB Compliance (Subject Matter Competency exam (CSET) or waiver letter from University.)
