MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • At least 3 years teaching experience; • Possession of appropriate CA Teaching Credential with EL authorization; • Demonstrated skill in coaching other teachers; • Must be able to know and apply a variety of “best practice” instructional strategies in various context; and • Experience planning and delivering professional development
