# Education Specialist – TK–3 **Position:** Education Specialist, TK–3 **School Environment:** Montessori-Inspired, Early Childhood & Lower Elementary **Schedule:** Full-Time ### Position Overview We are seeking a thoughtful, experienced, and collaborative **Education Specialist** to support students and teachers across our **Transitional Kindergarten through 3rd grade (TK–3)** program. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of child development, inclusive educational practices, and differentiated instruction, along with experience working within a **Montessori environment or Montessori-informed setting**. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting the whole child and creating learning environments where students with a range of learning profiles can thrive. Experience supporting students across early childhood and elementary grades is highly valued. Working with students who have learning disabilities and other learning or developmental differences can be deeply rewarding, but it can also involve **inherent emotional and professional stress**. Students may experience frustration, academic setbacks, behavioral challenges, or uneven progress, and supporting them effectively requires patience, resilience, flexibility, and strong professional boundaries.
