For FUSD School Nurse_Substitute On Call Copies of: RN License or Valid CA School Nurse Credential All transcripts from BA/BS and beyond Current CA Drivers License Current CPR Certification 3 current Letters of Recommendation (within 2 years), at least one from an administrator or supervisor. Resume As a condition of initial employment, all new hires must have a clear tuberculin exam within the past 60 days prior to beginning work with Fremont USD. Experience Preferred: Pediatric Nursing Audiometry preferred PHN Cert., if applicable
