Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications: • Experience as a Varsity Football Coach • Knowledge of the Game of Football, Game Strategies, Practice Organization and Drills • Hold a valid CPR/First Aid Certification and all other coaching certifications, as applicable • Knowledge and understanding of the CIF and State Federation Football rules • Must be able to complete the AUSD coaching certification within specified time period prior to any student contact and/or assuming coaching responsibilities • Must have knowledge of and follow ASB fundraising regulations • Teaching Credential authorizing service at high school level (desirable)

Comments and Other Information
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate entire Football Program
• Ability to organize and implement practice plan, game strategies and a conditioning program
• Develop, establish, coordinate and oversee a coaching staff at all levels
• Cooperates with other coaches to facilitate the transition/sharing of athletes between sports
• Ability and willingness to organize and work with a booster club
• Strictly adhere to all School, District, League and CIF rules.
• Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with the Athletic Director and School Administration
