First 5 Shasta is seeking a Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Coordinator responsible for the coordination and implementation of a Regional QRIS Consortium’s Quality Rating and Improvement System serving Glenn, Modoc, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity Counties. As part of a team of professionals in a small office environment, the QRIS Coordinator plays a vital role in the achievement of the Consortium’s goals for improving the quality of care for children ages 0-to-5. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS * Possession of a valid California driver’s license * Proof of current automobile insurance coverage * Use of employee’s own vehicle for travel throughout Northern California, including Glenn, Modoc, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity Counties as necessary to carry out job duties. Occasional statewide travel (primarily to Sacramento) required * Willingness to be fingerprinted * Work occasional evenings and weekends * Occasional overnight travel may be required APPLICATION & SELECTION PROCEDURES First 5 Shasta will accept resumes and the required supplemental questions (below) until 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2015.
