MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Dual Enrollment applicants must be actively teaching at the high school selected Minimum qualifications for Dual Enrollment for California Community Colleges are established by the Chancellor's Office. Applicants may access the Chancellor's Office minimum qualifications information by using the link below: APPLICATION PROCEDURES -Applications must be submitted through our online portal; creating a profile on NeoGov is required. -Attach a current résumé -Attach unofficial transcripts of ALL upper division college-level coursework -Attach three (3) letters of reference specific for this position -Attach or include on MSJC application; certification, training, vocational, or related program(s), if applicable TIPS FOR APPLYING: -Dual Enrollment Faculty may teach only at a high school they are already teaching at. Please be sure the MSJC application reflects your current work location to verify you meet this requirement. -If selected for an interview, an interview presentation/teaching demonstration may be required as a part of the interview process. -The documents attached to your online application must satisfy the Minimum Qualifications listed for this job. -Before scanning your attachments, remove sensitive, confidential information, such as date of birth and social security number. -If submitting college transcript(s); attachment must clearly display applicant/student name, degree(s) received, and conferred/graduation date. -You must attach all the required documents before submitting your online application; otherwise it will be marked as incomplete. -We do not accept paper applications. -If hired, the applicant must submit official transcripts at the time of employment. -Foreign transcripts and degrees must include an evaluation by a United States clearing house.
