Experience: Three (3) years of full-time experience working in a program that provides support to at-risk youth and their families is required. Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Equivalency Provision: Additional experience may be substituted for two (2) years of the required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of sixty (60) semester units, or ninety (90) quarter units on the basis of one (1) year of full-time experience being equal to thirty (30) units of college semester courses or forty-five (45) quarter unit courses in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. SPECIAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Possession of a valid Class C California Driver’s License and use of private or alternative means of transportation is required. Evidence of automobile insurance is required. The ability to read, write and speak another language other than English is highly desirable. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Employees must be physically able to perform the essential duties of a position with or without reasonable accommodation and without hazard to themselves or others.
