Pursue the vision and Execute the mission of the school;

As school site administrator, provide leadership and direction to school staff;

Supervise and observe all instructional practices in the school, including coaching and mentoring directly or through other staff and/or professional development programs;

Assist the Director of Schools with hiring and evaluating performance of school staff/faculty;

Administer scheduling, testing, enrollment and curriculum;

Administer all disciplinary procedures and SST protocols;

Work with Special Education department to ensure proper implementation and compliance for all IEP's;

Assist the Director of Schools in preparing materials and reports for CMO and Board of Overseers;

Implement and follow policies and procedures consistent with California Charter School law and Educational Code;

Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for learning;

Assist the Director of Schools in ensuring proper budgeting, accounting, auditing, and financial plannning;

Other duties as assigned.
