Requirements / Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION: The job of Administrative Assistant to the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools is done for the purpose(s) of providing administrative and secretarial support to the Superintendent; scheduling and coordinating activities of the Superintendent; ensuring compliance of activities in the areas of legal and administrative requirements; and providing information, recommendations and/or direction as may be requested by Superintendent. This position is a designated confidential position. The Administrative Assistant is an experienced level classification. Incumbents in this class provide support to Cabinet-level administrators.
