Duties and Responsibilities: * Organizes and expedites the flow of work through a major district office responsible for a large or major program * Communicates with a wide variety of staff and community members. * Arranges and schedules meetings, appointments, and interviews * Types and maintains a heavy volume of complex and confidential reports Knowledge of: * Current technology and software applications including word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheet/database, and Internet access. * Current office organization, procedures, and practices * Principles and procedures of record keeping Ability to: * Perform a variety of complex clerical and secretarial work involving use of independent judgment and requiring accuracy and speed * Read, understand, and explain technical policies and materials * Analyze situations accurately and make decisions in procedural matters without immediate supervision

      50 WPM TYPING TEST REQUIRED. Applicants are required to attach a typing test score/typing certificate to the application. We will accept certificates from outside agencies. If you have taken a typing test with IUSD and need your typing test result, please email HRTesting@iusd.org. To schedule a typing test, please call Human Resources at 949-936-5130. ***Applicants who have not previously taken the required clerical test and passed the initial screening process will be receiving an email inviting them to clerical testing on Wednesday, May 13th at 8:00 am.
