Valid Drivers license with proof of insurance coverage, Valid registration by the American Occupational Therapy Association Valid Californian license from the California board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist
The following documents must be attached to application: -Valid California license from the California Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist. -Valid California driver's license and the ability to provide transportation between various school sites during the course of a work day. -Current CPR and First Aid certification -Official College Transcripts
