Full-time and part-time positions available. Qualifications: Must hold a Master’s degree in a related field (education, psychology, social work) or Bachelors degree and BCaBA certification and 2 years experience in the field or Enrollment in a Master’s program with a BCBA certification program and at least 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis and 18 months experience in the field. BCaBA preferred At least 1 years experience in the field. Upon getting hired will complete background check, fingerprints, CPR, First Aid, and TB test Compensation: $33,000 - $45,000 year (full-time, part-time is a portion of this) Weekly meetings paid at $14/hour (part-time) BCBA Supervision available (Full-time) 2 weeks paid vacation 7 days/year PTO Health care available Mileage reimbursed in accordance with the IRS published rates (between patients) Job Description: Works 2-5 hours/week per client (50% direct, 50% indirect) Collects and analyzes data under guidance of clinical director Directly supervises behavior therapists Collaborates with the Clinical Director to provide feedback and support with parents/caregivers Creates materials OR delegates to senior therapist Weekly maintenance of client programs and binder Works with clinical director to develop and update goals and programs Works in collaboration with consultant, Speech, and OT (if applicable) to ensure complementary treatments Facilitates Implementation of individualized treatment plan as written and directed by clinical director Work with clinical director on initial assessments and 6-month progress reports Shared responsibility (with clinical director) for maintaining the client(s) schedule of sessions, for tracking and coordinating all hours and make-up sessions. Direct manipulation of the calendar to keep it updated and accurate. Participating in--sometimes conducting--monthly team meetings (per client) Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, protect the well being of all clients Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies Communicates effectively with all staff by email, phone or text within 24 hours. Ability to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversation. A knowledge of Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior Training, Natural Environment Training, data collection procedures, graphing, and computer skills is required.
