2015/2016 Instructional Coach K-12 Eligibility Pool at Various Sites LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a valid California Credential * Must Have English Learners Certification * Must be NCLB Compliant EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree and minimum of three years classroom teaching experience at the appropriate level. BASIC FUNCTION: Provide leadership, expertise and support at the school site level for the full implementation instructional area standards, assessment and accountability in grades K-12. Works under the direction of the site principal/administrator and does not supervise any staff.
