Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE Two years secretarial and/or clerical experience. Experience involving an automated secondary student record management system is preferred. EDUCATION High school graduation or equivalent is required. Coursework or training in student transcript analysis, data entry, typing, automated record management, and general office practices is preferred. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, BONDING AND/OR TESTING REQUIRED Successful completion of the District’s basic skills test. Current (within 1 year) evidence of the ability to type 40 net wpm.

- Resume (provide clear evidence of required experience.)
- Typing Certificate (40 Net WPM Minimum (valid certificate must be current within 1 year and not from an on-line source))
