A letter of introduction and resume are required with the application. Certificate/Materials - Offers of employment are contingent upon: 1) A valid First Aid and CPR certification, completed prior to employment. 2) Fingerprint and criminal history check. 3) TB test results within the last 4 years. 4.) Completion of online concussion course 5.) Completion of Fundamentals in Coaching course 6.) Completion of online mandated reporter course
